Designs

All of my beadwork uses my own original designs. Due to the length of time involved in creating new designs, my pieces may not be 'one off's'. I may make several of the same design or make them in different colours. Please be assured though, that there will only ever be a limited number of each design and every piece will have been handwoven by me.

 

 

 Materials

All of my work is made using only the finest quality Japanese seed or cylinder beads, Swarovski crystals, Czech fire-polished beads, fresh-water or Swarovski pearls, semi-precious stones and sterling silver (unless otherwise stated).

 

Measurements

Every effort is made to give the exact measurement of each piece in the description. However, due to the nature of beadwork, some stitches are more flexible than others and will have more 'give'. Please be aware that the choker style necklaces are designed to fit snugly either high up on the neck or just at the base. If an extension chain is fitted to the piece, it will be mentioned in the description. If you have any queries regarding measurements or would like something in a different size, please contact me.

 

Payment

I prefer PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account to use your debit or credit card - simply follow the prompts when you have placed your chosen item(s) in the shopping basket. PayPal offers a safe, secure method of payment - for more information, please visit PayPal. I will also accept sterling cheques on UK orders - please contact me if you wish to pay by cheque.

Tutorials

If you purchase a tutorial, you will receive an email with a pdf document attached.  If for any reason the email does not arrive within 24 hours, or the document is not attached - please contact me via the Contact Form .

 

Postage within the UK

Postage within the UK is free and is by Royal Mail 'signed for'.

 

International orders

I am happy to accept international orders but the only method of payment currently accepted is PayPal. Items will be sent by Royal Mail 'international signed for' and there will be a £4 charge for this - please click on the International orders option to add this to your total.  Please note that this does not need to be added if you are purchasing a pdf tutorial which will be automatically emailed to you - it only applies to finished jewellery items.

 

Delivery

All items are gift-boxed and carefully wrapped.

 

Returns

If you are not delighted with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item.  Items may be returned within 15 days of contacting me, in their original condition and box, by 'signed for' delivery - and I will make a full refund, less postage. Please note that earrings and body jewellery may not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

 

Colours

Please note that every effort is made to represent the colours accurately, both by picture and description, but please be aware that colours may differ slightly between monitors.
